Stakeholders & partners

All OECD member states and an increasing number of other countries have declared their adherence to the Guidelines. The Guidelines are developed in cooperation with the:

• Business and Industry Advisory Committee (BIAC);
• Trade Union Advisory Committee (TUAC);

They worked with their constituencies to ensure that the Guidelines benefited fully from the views of business and labour. In addition an international network of NGOs is involved and organised in OECD Watch. Therefore the OECD Guidelines can be seen as a multi-stakeholder initiative.

The Dutch NCP consult with regularity the following Dutch stakeholders:
