The Dutch NCP is proud to present the Dutch translation of the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Business Conduct
The Dutch translation enables multinational enterprises in the Netherlands to avoid and prevent adverse impacts in their value chain, linked to issues like human rights, employment and industrial relations or the environment. However, it does not replace the OECD Guidelines!
It also includes tips and clarifying examples explaining the concept of due diligence and enhances the common understanding of the due diligence process.
