Initial Assessment Kajangu vs. Bralima (DRC) and Heineken N.V.
The notification of Mr. Kajangu vs. Bralima and Heineken N.V. has not been accepted.
The NCP has not accepted the case of Mr Kajangu regarding an alleged violation of the OECD Guidelines by Bralima, a subsidiary of Heineken N.V., based in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The notification concerns the, allegedly, unlawful termination of employment of Mr Kajangu by Bralima. The NCP is of the opinion that the notification does not merit further consideration and has closed the Specific Instance procedure.
