The Dutch National Contact Point for OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises organised an event on October 10 2018, in English.

Topics that were addressed:

  • Experiences of participants in NCP cases with the NCP mediation process and the outcomes of a complaint (specific instance)? And how this helped them to improve Responsible Business Conduct,
  • Discussion about what makes an NCP successful and effective,
  • To learn more about the International RBC agreements in the Netherlands and how ‘access to remedy’ is incorporated in these agreements

Target group: NCP stakeholders (e.g. Enterprises, NGO’s, trade unions and NCP’s).
