October 10, 2018 - Dutch NCP Conference on 'Improved Responsible Business Conduct through effective NCPs'
The Dutch National Contact Point for OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises organised an event on October 10 2018, in English.
Topics that were addressed:
- Experiences of participants in NCP cases with the NCP mediation process and the outcomes of a complaint (specific instance)? And how this helped them to improve Responsible Business Conduct,
- Discussion about what makes an NCP successful and effective,
- To learn more about the International RBC agreements in the Netherlands and how ‘access to remedy’ is incorporated in these agreements
