The summary, presentations and photographs can be seen at the Dutch NCP website.

CSR Risk management and its integration in business operations:
- In what way can you integrate CSR risk management – also known as due diligence – effectively in internal business operations?
- How do you involve relevant departments within your business and how do you ensure CSR risk management is connected well to other internal procedures?
- What role do external stakeholders have in this process?
CSR risk management is not only about the risks related to a company’s own operations but also looks at a company’s international value chain. Embedding CSR risk management procedures well within internal business operations ensures more effective CSR policy. CSR risk management (also called due diligence) is a fundamental element of the OECD Guidelines.
Two different ways of working on effective integration of CSR risk management in internal business operations will be highlighted this morning:
- the Business Social Compliance Initiative
- the NPR Due Diligence (a practical guideline for integrating due diligence in existing risk management systems)
- both of these will be supported by business examples
Please note: this meeting is conducted in Dutch only. Therefore, to see the full programme please refer to the event page at the Dutch website.
