The Dutch National Contact Point (NCP) has received a notification on March 16, 2026, against Flex Ltd. from an anonymous notifier. The NCP will now conduct an initial assessment to determine whether the notification merits further consideration under the OECD Guidelines. Receipt of a notification does not imply any finding as to whether the company has acted in accordance with the OECD Guidelines. The NCP shall not communicate about the notification until the publication of the Initial Assessment.
