Catelene Passchier | National Contact Point OECD Guidelines

Catelene Passchier joined the NCP in February 2018. She is the Chair of the Workers’ group in the ILO since she was elected in that position in June 2017. In addition to her ILO responsibilities, she is a special adviser to the president of FNV (the Dutch Confederation of Trade Unions), member of the board of the Fair Wear Foundation, member of the Netherlands Helsinki Committee, member of the supervisory board of Wage Indicator and member of the advisory board of the Dutch Authority on Personal Data Protection. She studied law at Utrecht University and was a barrister in Amsterdam, a legal adviser for the FNV and was then elected Confederal Secretary of the European Trade Union Confederation (ETUC) in Brussels. In 2010, she joined the executive board of the FNV, and until May 2017 she was its vice president.
