As of 1 April 2026, the OECD National Contact Point for Responsible Business Conduct (NCP) has undergone changes in its membership. Rutger Goethart has succeeded Catelene Passchier as Chair of the Dutch NCP. Kris Douma has joined the NCP as a new member.

The NCP expresses its sincere appreciation for the dedication and commitment of Catelene Passchier over the past years. Under her leadership, the NCP further professionalised its procedures and handled a growing number of complex specific instances. Kris Douma brings extensive experience from the trade union movement and in the field of responsible investment. His appointment further strengthens the expertise within the NCP.
